How do I sync my goals across devices?

LifeFlow automatically syncs your goals across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices and have iCloud enabled in Settings.

Where is my data stored?

All your goals are stored locally on your device and privately synced via iCloud. We don't have access to your data, and no account creation is required. Your goals stay completely private.

How do I create a Life Goal?

First, create individual micro goals (places, careers, financial milestones, assets, or skills). Then, you can link related micro goals together to form a Life Goal, allowing you to visualize how different aspects of your life connect.

How do I delete a goal?

Swipe left on any goal to reveal the delete option, or tap into the goal and use the delete button in the detail view.

Can I export my goals?

Currently, your goals are stored in iCloud and accessible across your Apple devices. Export functionality may be added in future updates.

Do I need an internet connection?

No! LifeFlow works completely offline. Your goals are stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed for iCloud sync across devices.
